The Intended Use Plan or IUP provides critical information related to the funds available for the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) and the use of those funds. Each project for which DWSRF financing is desired needs to be scored, ranked and listed on the IUP to be considered for DWSRF financing.
